Today, on International Firefighters' Day, we want to take a moment to honor the brave men and women who put their lives on the line to keep our community safe. We are fortunate to have a superb local fire station, and we wanted to show our appreciation by treating the firefighters to lunch.

We delivered a delicious meal from Lemón Zëst to Station 26 and were greeted with warm smiles and handshakes from the firefighters. We took a quick photo to capture the moment, but the real focus was on the incredible service these firefighters provide.

They are the first responders in many emergencies, and they are always ready to help. Their bravery and selflessness inspire us all. We are grateful for their service and the sacrifices they make every day.

So to the firefighters at Station 26 and to firefighters everywhere, thank you for your service. You are true heroes, and we are honored to live in a community that is protected by such brave individuals. Happy International Firefighters' Day!
